Junior Pan Pacific Championships will be held from August 26 - 29, 2010 in KIHEI, Hawaii. Held on a yearly basis, the competition brings together swimmers aged under 18 representing the four charter nations, Canada, Australia, Japan and the US.

RHAC swimmers Adrian Bunyi, Darren Rubenchik, Eric Dolan, Justin Fedorowski, Kourosh Ahani, Gemma Regan, Nazgol Moubed, Melissa Pocsai, Sama Farh - Mina, Sarah Gillis, Victoria Chan swam at this year's Eastern Championship Meet held on February 18-21, 2010 in Ottawa. These athletes posted some terrific results which were showcased especially in the 11 Finals swims (combined) in which they raced.
Kourosh Ahani, Daniel Benin, Emil Bril, Aidan Bertolas, Garrett Brynaert, Veronica Brynaert, Adrian Bunyi, Victoria Chan, Danyon Chu, Sama Farah-Mina, Zachary Fitzgerald, Sarah Gillis, Evans Lai, John Lim, Robin Marinac, Andrew Markwart, Melissa Pocsai, Helen Pu, Gemma Regan, Michael Sanajko, and Jocelyn Wiginton all raced at this year's Ontario Jr. Provincial Championships held between Feb 25 and Feb 28 at the Etobicoke Olympium. These athletes put forth a tremendous effort! 17 medal races and 26 top-8 appearances made this meet one for books.
We had 82 RHAC swimmers at the Newmarket invitational (Feb 27-28) who truly made a "splash"! This meet was a tremendous way to end the short course season, with RHAC swimmers setting numerous best times. All of the coaches were pleased with everybody's individual efforts this weekend. Results will be posted on swimming.ca shortly.
